Problem logging onto other user accounts

The other night I installed a VPN client software and
pcanywhere on my home pc (running xp home ed). I needed to
do this to log onto a work computer and it worked well
although I think it crashed the first time I tried to
install the VPN client.

The next time I logged on I can only see
the 'administrator' account when the computer boots up.
When i go into the control panel I can see the other user
accounts are still there but I can't seem to switch from
the user 'administrator'.

Anyone seen this before?. Got any ideas?.

P.s Have removed the VPN client since but still
encountering the same problem.
