Problem logging off of Windows 200 Server

I can not log off of windows 200 server. This is
regardless of weather I RDP in or use the counsel. I
click on Logg off Administrator, but the system just
freezes up. If I RDP in as myself (I have admin rights),
I can manually log off users other than the
administrator. I downloaded service pack 4 yesterday and
this just started happening today. I don't know if this
is a problem with the service pack of what. Please
advise!

i'm not sure if that's the problem, but all i've read
about sp4 is not that good...wouldn't advice anybody to
install it until a couple of months from now...
