When I log into Windows XP it asks for my password and
once I give it the screen flashes like it's going to open
and then it says "saving your personal settings" and
then "logging out" and shuts down right away. It won't
open at all. I've tried rebooting to start in safe mode
but once I get the login screen it does the same
thing...just shuts right back down, even when I log in as
administrator. Does this sound like a virus or a
hardware problem? If it is a virus, is there any way I
can get around the logging in process to try to fix it?
