problem launching winzip

I all,

when on W2k server I run winzip I receive this message:

"cannot start winzip!required file winzip.hlp was not found in the same
folder as winzip"

can anybody help me?

"Detection of product '{XXXXX....}', feature 'GSE_OUTBREAK', component
'{yyyyyyyy....}' failed. The resource 'C:\Program Files\Common
Files\McAfee\log and quarantine\bin\i386\Qtnv0407.hlp' does not exist."

any suggestions?

"Detection of product '{XXXXX}', feature 'GSE_OUTBREAK', component '{YYYYYY}'

I agree with Dave, however slightly different approach:

1) uninstall McAffee
2) test: is the error gone (more than likely)
3) install McAffee
4) did the error come back

if the error comes back, I would involve McAffee support or communities to
search for the problem. As with this approach you "prove" it is McAffee.
