Problem installing windows messenger

B

Beck

I cannot install windows live messenger. I get the error "Extracting file
failed. It is most likely caused by low memory (low disc space for swapping
file) or corrupted cabinet file".

I downloaded it again and still have the same problem when trying to
install. I need my msn back. I cannot even get normal msn as opposed to
windows live msn as the links keep sending me to the windows live ideas
website.

There was another topic similar to this, you should see what size ur
Pagefile is, and go into sys properties and let Windows auto set it ;-)

Thanks for the reply. I did check my page file space before posting and it
was set at around 1500 (my memory is 1Gb) I have changed the page file to
3Gb and it still gives the same error.
