Problem Installing Apache...

hi all, i got problem setting up apache webserver to my windowsxp sp2
machine.... it was so easy to run under unix based system... i tried to
configure the httpd file but still cant run that program... i tried in
dosprompt too /bin/apache -k install then /bin/apache - start but still
no use.. nway, i'm new to windowsxp especially so every attempt to
install apache failed

Umm...you're not being very specific. I installed Apache on my WinXP
Home system with no problems at all.

There are Apache user support and discussion mailing lists and Usenet
groups, they are described here:
http://httpd.apache.org/lists.html#http-users. They'd probably be able
to give you much better advice than anybody here.
