Problem installing an application

Hi,
I'm trying to install a third part application built with Install Shield
5.10.130.0 under XP Embedded but
when I run the setup, window comes up with the message: " not a valid win32
application".
Is there someting missing in my Xp embedded image?
Can anyone help?

Component: Dos Windows on Windows Support?

You should consider componentizing this app, so it is preinstalled during
FBA. Then you won't need any support for Install Shield.
