Frequently & today, some/all incoming e-mail messages are going to my
"deleted items" folder, instead of my "inbox" folder. Why? How to fix.
Using Outlook 2003, Windows XP, Explorer 6.0.

G'Day Conrad,

It is highly unlikely that messages are delivered to the
Deleted Items Folder.

It is More likely that they are correctly delivered, but
then 'deleted' OR 'Moved to the Deleted Items Folder'.

There may be a Rule in operation that is doing this
Tools>Rules and Alerts ...
E-mail Rules (tab)
Check any Rules you may have...

G'day back, Pat and thanks for your reply & suggestion. I did that, and
found I have no rules. Any other ideas?

Start Outlook in Safe mode and see if the problem still occurs. If not, you
have some add-in (or rule, despite you not seeing any) doing the delete.
