Inbox/Deleted Items Folders

My boss somehow reset his email so that all of his incoming messages go
directly to his deleted items folder instead of his inbox. Anyone have an
idea how I can fix this problem? I've been working on it for an hour, to no
avail. :( Help!!
 
The first place I would look is the Rules Wizard to see what he's set up
there.
