problem in acessing my computer or my local drives

i have peculiar problem in accessing the my computer and local drives.it
prompted for "an activex control is not safe in your page.this problem
happens only when a particular domain user logged on to that system.when i
check for security tab in the internet options , i can able to see only
restricted sites zone symbol but name is my computer.please solve my problem

Have you tried deleting and recreating the userprofile?
