Problem importing text file

Hi

I'm trying to import some large text files (downloaded from an Oracle
database) into Access 97. I've done this with some smaller files, but with
these it is saying it has successfully imported the files almost instantly
and on opening them I find no data. However, I am able to import the first
60,000+ rows (very slowly) into Excel so the data is not corrupt.

Any thoughts?

Hi Hugo,

Try linking to the external table, and runing a make table query on it
