Problem importing text file to calendar

I'm trying to import data into the calendar section of Outlook 2003 (a csv
file created from a calendar called Time & Chaos). When I get to the "import
file" screen where it shows me the name of the file I want to import I can
check the box to select that file and after that it shows me the "map custom
fields" screen where my default map is the one I need but I cannot click the
OK button to accept it because it is not available so I click on the "X" to
close the window. I click finish and it shows me the "import and export
progress" windows (like it was importing the data) but when it is done I
don't see any data in the calendar section. I think the problem is I can't
click the OK button in the map custom fields screen because it isn't
available. Any ideas? However, if I apply the same procedure for the contacts
and tasks it works without any problems and the OK button is available in the
map custom fields window , it transfers all my data from the csv file to
outlook. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks.

Try this. Create a few appointment items in Outlook and export to a .csv.
Compare the one you created to the one that Time and Chaos created and
massage the T&C accordingly, Then, try the import again. Outlook cannot
import custom fields so if any exist in the T&C .csv, remove them.

Thank you Milly for the suggestion, it helped me a lot. I compared the export
file I created and the one from T&C and I noticed that the date and time
formats were different, so I format them similar to the one I got from
outlook and after that it worked. Thank you so much for your help. My problem
has been resolved.
