Problem importing .pst into Outlook

Hello,
I have a problem. System had problems, exported outlook .pst file. No I
have reloaded my system and when I try to import the .pst file, I select
import from first window then select .pst on next window. I then select the
file I want to restore mail from backup.pst this is when I get the error.
Proprties for this information service must be defined prior to use. Then
the little paper clip tells me that I do not have access to the file. This
is a stand alone system which I am admin of.

Hi Ryland,
if you have your Pst file on a cd, be sure that you have deactivated the
write protecting!
