Problem finding shared folder if Norton Internet Security is enabl

I have yet add the remote IP (IP: 192.168.0.1 & Mask 255.255.255.0) to the
Secure Network list, but if the firewall is enabled I can't see the Shared
Folders. How can I configure the firewall in a way I can see Shared Folders
without disable it?
 
I forget...if I use only the Ip address 192.168.0.1 without mask it work
perfectly! But also the wizard use the mask!! So what is correct for security
of local network?
