+Microsoft Office Accounting 2007/2008

When I try to convert an opportunity to a Quote, Sales Order, or Invoice, it
puts all of the information into a comment line in the description field.

i.e.

Name........................Description...........................Qty...........Unit Price......etc
.....................Labor 1.0000
$120.00.................................................................

Any ideas?

That's because that product, Labor, doesn't exist in MOA.

I have "Labor" setup as an Item in Microsoft Office Accounting. Not sure
what else to try. I've reinstalled each with no luck. It still crams
everything into a comment line.

Ideas?

SOLVED:

I deleted the outcmd.dat file from %HOMEPATH%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office

all is well now.
