problem connecting

i have windows xp and every time i conncet to the web i
get a default user name of(vzexxx.xxx.xxxx) i have no
clue why and where it is coming up with that but it is
not my user name and password please help fix this if any
can thanks

assuming this is IE username/password, this may help. quoted from

How to enable and disable the Remember My Password on IE

Go to Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete to make change.
