Ok, I don't know if this is the correct place to post this, I hope it is. I have just reformatted a laptop and am trying to add it back onto the network, we have about 15 computers on it. It is a workgroup, not a domain. I ran the network ID wizard on the laptop, and assigned it the same name it had on the network before as well as added it to the workgroup. It connects the the internet fine, and can send and receive email. However it cannot read the server or the other computers on the network. Every time I try I get a message saying that the workgroup is "not accessible at the time" and it also says that a list of servers for that workgroup can't be displayed. I have tried resetting the workgroup name as well as rebooting the computer AND the server just to see if that would help. What could be wrong? and how can I fix it?

Any help would be appreciated.
