Problem connecting to Analysis Services

I can no longer connect My EXCEL spreadsheet Office 2003
to Analysis Server/SQL Server 2000 .

Error Message:
Open Connection failed, Unable to open connection, Unspecified eror.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I has worked OK for a long time but suddenly not.

I have tried to reinstall Office, MDAC 8.0 and PTSLite file from SQL server
servicepack 3
but nothing works.

Do I really need to reinstall windows and all programs from the start??,
my colleagues do not experience these problems.
 
The latest service pack for analysis services and SQL server is SP4, can you
apply it to the server?
