Problem caused by Startup command /L:ENG

I am using Windows XP Home Edition. There are various
applications installed on the system. When the system
starts, I now always get an explorer window of the
System32 folder displayed. I have isolated the problem to
a Startup command of /L:ENG. Now, I am not sure what this
command does or what application has generated it. When I
disable this Startup command in msconfig, the explorer
window no longer appears. However, after a short time,
another Startup command of /L:ENG is generated and
enabled. The disabled command is still there.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

Cheers,

Steve

It looks like you have not set your PC to the English
language. L:Eng is the path for language settings. Go
to your ControlPanel/date,time and language, etc.
