Problem cause by no Khmer locale support

Dear All,

Because Windows XP does not embed Khmer language locale, Cambodians have too
much issue. We have no Keyboard for write Khmer Unicode text, although we
have code 1780-17FF and 19E0-19FF. We have software with Khmer interface
(Open Office 2.0, Mizola Firefox, Typing.....) but some part of the dialogue
box show in square form. Folder or file in Khmer's name show square (Cannot
be read!), Taskbar also shows square!

Please tell me how to settle those problems? Please kindly help me!
