Problem between Outlook 2002 and Excel 2002

Hi,

I have a problem with my Outlook 2002 related to Excel 2002.
I copy few cells and try to paste them into Outlook new email.
When trying to compose a new email by clicking "New" button, suddenly Excel closed by itself automatically.

Appreciate if someone can give me a hand? :(
 
does it work if you open the new message form first? Did you try detect and
repair?
