Problem Backing up PST file

I am using the MS Automatic PST backup tool but get an
error saying that a portion of the pst file is locked and
is being used by another process, even though outlook is
closed. I checked task manager to ensure that outlook.exe
is not running. Also no other programs are installed that
access outlook, ie. Hotsync, Intellisync. Any ideas?

Yes, Outlook.exe is not running.

I cannot think of anything other than an OL addin/com or the OL process not
terminated.
You could I guess run the repair tool on the pst scanpst.exe, if you receive
the same msg, well?
