problem auto scheduler

when i try to change my auto scan scheduler to a new timing, as 10:00am its
shows a wrong time after updation, then it displays as,

Current sceduled spyware scan runs at:
112:00 am everyday.

So i would like to know is it an error,
but it works well with other scheduled time, such as 11:00am or 9:00am

This is an appearance error--the scheduled event will take place at 10 am,
regardless of this appearance. I know that, because I have kept mine set to
this time.

There is another bug in the scheduler. If, at the time of setting the
schedule, your time format is set to a 24 hour format, you will be unable to
save a schedule between noon and midnight.

The workaround is to change to a 12 hour time format, set the schedule, and
then revert to the 24 hour time format--the scheduled event will remain
properly scheduled.

start/settings/controlpanel/regional and language options/customize

Easiest way (it is buried under the language setting) is to change the
Windows Language for your locale to English (United States)--This is in
Control panel.

Do that, make the settings, then change the language back to whtever it was
before.
