Problem and need help

I run Spybot and another spyware program on my computer. Every time that
Spybot runs, it finds a problem that it calls
Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter_disabled
It also immunizes the problem but it shows up again the next time that I run
Spybot. What is this problem and how do I fix it?
