problem after deleting whenusearch.com taskbar

i have been struggling to delete this taskbar from bottom of my screen. have
now got rid of it but am left with a blank white bar instead that blocks out
the bottom of pages when u expand them. please can some1 tell me how to get
rid of thi. thanks very much
