Problem after copying a user profile to "All Users" profile

After I installed Win XP and applications, I copy the user profile to "All
Users" profile (which I found out later that I should copy to "DefaultUser"
profile instead). Then many applications (e.g. MS Office) from Start -> All
Programs cannot be found. Even, the system restore function in Accessories
-> System Tools also lost. So I could not do system restore.

How can I get back the applications displayed ?

Thank you.

Restore from your file backups..
Or manually recreate the shortcuts you need.

How did you copy the user profile and what. Hopefully you did not copy the
user's ntuser.dat file and such. Did you do a Select All , copy and paste?
Or did you delete everything under All Users, then Select All, copy paste to
All User?
