probl running games on user accounts even with admin rights

I have XP home and games installed by admin will not run on other acounts even with admin rigths. Is this a "feature" of Win XP or the game (Cmd & C and others). Thanx in advance for any hints.
 
The older Command & Conquer games (including Red Alert 1) may need
Compatibility mode so that the game thinks it is installed in Windows 95/98.

hey im havein the same problem i installed a game and a error pups up saying acces denied.. need amdinastrator prievlages. email me at (e-mail address removed) if u find out. thank
