Probably a stupid question

I have a W2K server that is a DC. I need to install an application on that
server. That application has a pre-requisite tool and tells me that the
needed COM+ Services are not installed. Ever since I have been searching the
MS sites how to install them.

Can anybody point me into the right direction?

Try right clicking on My Computer and choosing Manage. Then drill down to
Services and see if COM+ Event System is disabled. If so, right click on it,
choose Properties, and set it to Automatic.

Dunno if that'll do it, but it's what I'd try.

Did that and it is running. But it is the only COM+ related entry.

Any other idea?
