Pro Rate Billing Template for wireless plans

Hey, I would really appreciate if anyone has already an excel template that
calculates pro rates. Actually what i need is that when a customer changes
his wireless plan during a billing cycle, to calculate the bill for his next
bill which is minutes used with the previous plan x the cost of previous plan
+ minutes used with his new plan x the cost of his new plan.

4 Cost Per Min =B2/B3 =C2/C3
5 Minutes Used 300 =((B2-((B3-B5)*B4))/C4)
6 Minutes Left =C3-C5
7 Total Credit/Due =B2-((B3-B5)*B4) =C2-(B2-((B3-B5)*B4))

You can change the data in cells that don't contain a formula.
