Privoxy - which of two versions?

privoxy_setup_3_0_3-1.exe 364705 28647 i386 .exe (32-bit Windows)
privoxy_setup_3_0_3-2.exe 317135 20240 i386 .exe (32-bit Windows)

What's the difference between them?
I can't seem to find anything to decide which one to get.

I can't seem to find anything to decide which one to get.

Either will work fine. Obviously, the version with ...3-2 is newer
than the version with ...3-1 and may have a couple of bug fixes. I
currently use the newest one and have no problems.
