Ok Situation as follows:

On a few XP Pro machines I having trouble with privalges,
particularly changing the clock on the machines. It says
when I click on them, You have insufficient privlages to
do so.

Computers are setup as follows:
3 User accounts:
-Administrator
-Maintenance - admin privs
-Store - limited account

I have tryed both admin accounts and both say I have
insufficient rights to change the time. I have also
tryed to Delete and remake the account still same thing.
ANy help greatly appreciated, I am trying to fix this
ASAP.

Hi,

is this PC part of domain? If it is a part of Windows 2000 or Windows 2003
domain then PCs will synchronize the time with DCs. Changing the time on
members of domain could lead to inability to logon to the domain...

If the PC is not part of domain, why don't you try to set the time with
built in administrator account? The administrator account will have the
right permissions to set the time (you haven't deleted this account, because
it's built-in and you can't delete it)...

Check on the system who has the right to change system time. Open group
policy editor (start -> run -> gpedit.msc). When editor opens, expand
computer part -> Windows Settings -> security settings -> Local Policies ->
User rights assignment -> here look "Change the system time"...

I hope this helps,

Mike
