priviledges to add a printer

Hi,

I've got a windows 2003 terminal server. All users access an application in
this server thru TSE. I'd like them to be able to add a printer but I do not
want them to be power user.
What minimum priviledges do they need to add a printer. Is there a way to
install a printer on their session by gpo?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Thomas

Power user with load driver priviledge is the minimum for a local printer.
Users can add printer connections. On Server 2003 you will need to disable
the Devices: Prevent users from installing printer drivers Security Option
in Security Settings / Local Policy
