Private Numbers

Dear all, How can I hide and show my private numbers, and can I categorize the contacts by being private or now?

Thanks for your help.
 
You can't hide them (why do you want this anyway?) but you can assign them
the private category.

Well you assign them the category private. If you then sort your contacts by
category you can easily distinguish your private, business VIP, etc contacts

Shared PC? In what way? Do all of you log on to the same computer with the
same useraccount or are you sharing your mailboxes by means of Exchange?

if I need to hide some contacts from my contacts list for any reason like
shared PC users> Can I do any restrictions on accessing them?
