Dear forum,
I have 300 contacts I need to mark as Private.
I have them in list view and have sensitivity column displayed so I can see
the option to mark as Private.
Can I group mark them in one sitting or do I have to mark each of the 300
separately as private?
I obviously want to avoid having to mark them individually as it will take a
lot of time.
Thanks in advance.

You could use the Group By box to Group by the Field Private. Use any table
view (Phone List/ By Category etc.) Turn on the Group By Box (on the
advanced toolbar) Drag the column header Private into the group by box
(take Categories out first).

Then drag all Contacts who aren't yet Private, into the Private Group.

Thanks so much Judy,
This worked perfectly and it was all done in 30secs.

All the best,
