Private Key for certificates

How can I know and manage my private key? I want to have a second certificate
for my brother's account in the same bank, but when I try to install it I
recieve a message which tells me that the private key doesn't match the
database or something like this. I'll be very glad if someone can help me.

"Something like this" is not good enough. What is the exact error message?

In any case, I think you should ask your bank first. They have to know if
two keys in one Windows profile are possible, for instance.
