Private Folders

I am trying to get files off of a hard drive i have set
up as a slave now. but the files i need are protected, is
there anyway around this? I cannot boot to the slave
drive at all.

As long as the files weren't encrypted, See Help and Support and search for "take ownership"

If they were encrypted, and you didn't backup the encryption certificates, your files are history.
