I am running XP pro with NTFS C & D drives. The PC is
setup with several user accounts, of which I am one
account as an administrator.

I have successfully made folders private, for my own
access, which are located on the C drive, however, I
cannot seem to achieve the same privacy for folders I
have placed on D drive. I am not provided the "private"
access option for files located on D drive.

Could someone help me with the following?

1. How do I make folders private to only my account that
are located on D drive.
2. Is it possible to make D drive totally private to my
account. If so, how

Thanks in advance for your help.

Please see Windows Help on "Private folder" and the requirements for it
to work. My guess is that the "D" drive does not meet the requirement
of being in your User profile subdirectory.
