Privacy Statement Builder/Tool

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a free online tool that generates a privacy
statement for web sites.

I remember one on an MS site, but it was down for modifications and
now I can't remmeber the URL. A search on MS was a dead end.

If you don't know the URL, can you suggest another group to ask in?
