Privacy Alert Pop-up

Help!! Does anyone know how to get rid of the very
annoying Privicy Alert Pop-up that wont go away. It is
there all day every day regardles of what you are doing,
Web or Word, it is there now in the courner of the page
blocking the screen, there are links on the popup but
they go know where.
HELP it is driving me mad!!!

No all it says is Privicy Alert and then information
about how you can get privacy protection

I don't know what you have for sure but this should fix
it and other problems you have and are not even aware of.
I thought if it was a Messenger Service problem you could
go here. I recommend this regardless.

Download and install Spybot or a similar program. You can

Also, make sure you do a regular Windows update and
antivirus update.
I would also delete your cookies.

I have just Downloaded Shootthemessenger and Spybot,
restarted my pc and its still there poping up in the
corner, any other ideas Please !!

You did run both programs, correct? Make sure you get the
latest updates for Spybot, then click check for
problems,then click fix selected problems.
In shootthemessenger turn off messenger. You'll never
miss it but you can always turn it back on.
If you have done this then press control alt delete to
see just what is running in applications and that may
lead you to the culprit.

Done all you say correct, found other problems when I
used Spybot and fixed them but it is still there. Turned
of messenger. Tried Con/alt/del all that was running is
Help and Support Center and Microsoft Newsgroups

You have some form of spyware on your computer if spybot
did not remove it go here
www.spywareinfo.com these people are experts at removing
spyware and they have a forum similar to this one
download "hijackthis" from there site their are
instructions on how to use it there Good Luck
