Having selected the columns and rows to print, how do I get a larger
typeface on the printouts from Excel and Access sheets ?

Secondly, A previous non-excel spreadsheet had a goto box. On
entering the row number and enter, it would jump to that row. How do
I do this in Excel ?

Many thanks to all you helpful friends out there. Best wishes you
Excelers.

hi,
larger typeface:
after selecting the print area,
click Format>Cells>Font tab>size box. Increase the font
size then print preview.

goto = F5

Frank

Grateful thanks, Frank, you wizard

Thank you Frank, this works ok on Excel.
I can not however get it to work on a selection of columns and rows
from an Access table. Help please.
I know this is not an Access group - can soneone tell me the Access
group.

If you're printing from a table or query in Access, choose Format>Font
Select a font and font size, then click OK
The formatting will be applied to the entire table
Print, then close the table without saving.
