Printing

I have office 2003 and am trying to print a presentation...
Problem is that the presentation is displayed in landscape but when I print it only prints in portrait
I have tried setting the print for portrait and also trying to click the LANDSCAPE AND PORTRAIT buttons on the preview but those buttons are not active for some reason...
Any help would be appreciated...

Open the report in design view. Select File > Page Setup > Page >
Landscape. Save the report definition rptMyReport.

You'll have a limit to printable width equal to the paper width minus your
margin widths, which the width of the ruler at the top of the report design
view cannot exceed. If it does you'll get two pages wide, not one. If you
get what appear to be blank pages, check the width constraints and narrow
the margins, reduce font size, move columns closer together, etc. to
reformat the page.
