Can anyone help me? I just updated our server to microsoft
2000, I don't know why it never was updated, anyway, it
won't print now to our copier which is also a printer.
what can I do?

What operating system was on the machine before you updated to Windows 2000? What is the make and model of the
copier/printer? Have we tried installing the latest Windows 2000 printer driver from the manufacturer of the copier/printer?
