Printing with "markup view margins"

Every time I open a particular document to print it I have to remember to
change the view first because it opens in markup view and prints in a smaller
size with very large right and bottom margins. I have already "accepted all
changes" so I'm not sure why it does this and how to prevent it from opening
in this view every time. HELP!

Two possibilities come to mind:
1. There are comments in the document and you have balloons turned off in
the Track Changes options. Comments are not automatically deleted when you
accept all tracked changes. Try clicking on "Delete all comments in
document" on the Reviewing toolbar.
2. You chose to print "Document showing Markup". Try clicking on File |
Print, and in the "Print what:" box, choose "Document" instead of "Document
showing Markup".

If you just click on the Print button in a document when the view is showing
markup, "Document showing markup" is the default "Print what" selection. In
order to print without markup, you must either change the view (as the OP is
doing) or explicitly open the Print dialog and change the setting. I would
guess that your first assumption is the correct one (that the document
contains comments).
