Printing with an HP Deskjet Printer 3940

I recently replaced an inkjet printer because the jets became blocked. Even
though it would not print correctly on the page the functionitself worked
well.
When I installed the above printer (HP deskjet) all printing functions
worked well except when I tried to print the text from an e mail. When I did
this I got the following error message:
An error has occurred in the script on this page

Error:
UNspecified error
Code:0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I can print e mail attachments, documents, web pages through IE etc without
problem. Can anybody help me please?

The message below from Sept 1995 from McEavalli fixed my problem. Thank you
so very much.
"Try this (IE/OE closed).
Start -> Run -> Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) in the box -> Ok."
