Sitrep:
Windows 2003 cluster
Windows XP SP2 clients
Office 2003
HP Laserjet printers (5, 4xxx,5xxx)
When i try to print out of a office application the default printer doesn't
react.
I recieve a message like "printer is not available"
Can anyone help me please???

How is the printer shared on the network? Directly or through one of the
Windows 2003 servers?

In our company, we experienced a similar problem with our network printers
(Toshiba eStudio-810 and -35), and we managed to solve it only after we
ensured that the sharing occurs through the server, not directly on the
printer itself.

Ossama
