I've selected the white writing/blue background option for
my track changes - when I print preview all looks well.
When I send to the printer I get my track changes bubbles
in blue but my text is in black NOT white - how do I fix
this?

Thanks.

Blue background/white text applies only to the display, not the printout.

Can't I change the background to the track changes bubbles
at all then?

Thanks.

You can choose the color Word uses to mark changes (on the Track Changes tab
of Tools | Options). But you can choose only a single color or "By Author,"
which assigns colors randomly.
