I have rec'd a new computer and on my old one when I printed an email before
I sent it it showed my name at the top, the to field and the subject line.
Now it is just the body of the email. can someone tell me how to reset this.
I know it can happen just can't figure it out.

SOunds like you're printing unsent messages that you created using WordMail as the editor? If so, either turn off WordMail or print items from your Sent Items folder, not unsent items.

What is wordmail and is this something I can change??

WordMail is what using Word as your default editor in Outlook is
called.

Yes, you can change to the Outlook email editor by "un-choosing" to
use Word as your message editor.
