Printing shows borders

Henry

I am trying to print a 13 pg document in Word 2007 bet, in the print layout
view it shows the document as it should be, with the text, images and tables
reaching the area it is set to reach, I have a background color for all
pages yet in print preview and when printing or saving as pdf., a border is
added to the document on all four sides and cuts off that portion of the
document.

Any suggestions

Henry

That's a limitation of your printer and its driver, not a limitation
of Word. Most printers are unable to print all the way to the edge of
the paper, because they need somewhere for the rollers to push the
paper through. Some "photo printers" have a special setting to allow
it. In the Print dialog, click the Properties button next to the
printer name and see if there's a way to select it.
