Individual cards or label format?
For the former a postcard is just a piece of paper like any other. If your
printer driver will not allow Word to setup this page size, then provided
its paper path will physically handle the paper size, set it up as a larger
standard paper size in page setup and make up the difference with margins.
For the latter, use the envelope label wizard and pick a matching postcard
format from the many sizes available.
