Printing problems

So this computer which is Windows XP SP2 just started having problems
printing from HTML, specifically IE. It basically prints out random tiny
parts of one web page onto about 10-15 pieces of paper. Sometimes it print
the address and maybe a box.
It isn't the printer driver, it does this on any printer from a Canon to a HP.
It has the latest windows updates.
Any ideas?

I already tried that knowledge base article and that registry entry wasn't in
his registry.

Also, AutoSelect wasn't checked and checking it did not help either.

What I have found is that it has to do with frames on any website. If it's
a non-frames website it prints fine. AND if he goes to File, Print, Options,
and selects "as laid out on screen" it prints fine. But you shouldn't have
to do that even if there are frames and there's no way to set the default to
"as laid out on screen".
